Registration

Certainly! We have an option that allows educators to easily add several student records at once, allowing you to begin utilizing your AjirACAD school administration system as soon as possible. Your file, which includes student data in columns (e.g., name, date of birth, address, parental information, current class/level), is submitted to the school management system using an upload feature on the admin dashboard. After verification, the system imports the student records into the database and sends confirmation emails/text messages to parents or guardians telling them that their children have been successfully registered.

Alternatively, students or parents could visit the school's website. Your website should include a registration section with detailed instructions and online forms. Parents/students would fill out the online form. Once submitted, the school administrator will assess the application and either approve or seek additional information. Upon acceptance, the system would send a confirmation email,SMS or Whatsapp with login information for the student and parent portal.

Communication

The AjirACAD school management system includes communication user groups (students, parents, teachers, and administrators) in the application. The technical activation and configuration of the system for usage at your school is free of charge. We accept yearly subscriptions as outlined under pricing page. These costs usually cover hosting, basic maintenance, and software access. We periodically issue updates to address bugs, enhance security, and introduce new features without charging extra. The annual subscription cost  covers bug patches, new features, and research and development to maintain the system's innovation. Your school will automatically be upgraded to the most recent version of the program as it becomes available.

It might be necessary to provide staff training on the software system. This could entail either on-site or remote training, both of which has related training expenses. Transferring current data to the AjirACAD is free of charge. In addition to the initial setup, there may be further expenses if the school wants to significantly modify the software to fit certain requirements.
